Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of raresfragrance.com and any purchase you make from Rare Fragrance ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Packaging designs can occasionally change from what's shown. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

2. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, or was listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't verify payment, in which case you'll receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

5. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website (text, images and design) may not be copied without our permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
