Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order

Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. There's no minimum spend.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

During busy sale periods, deliveries can occasionally take a little longer. If there's any significant delay with your order, we'll email you.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours.

Packaging

Every fragrance is packed securely to protect the bottle and box in transit.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we'll resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
