How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, start processing the next business day.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is the genuine brand-name product in its original sealed packaging. If you ever have a concern about an item you received, contact us and we'll make it right.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened, sealed fragrance within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address or cancel it for a full refund.
